Individuals must not attend any Swing Buffalo sponsored events if they are currently experiencing or have experienced within the past ten (10) days, any symptoms associated with a cold, flu or COVID-19. These may include fever, cough, shortness of breath, and loss of taste/smell.
Individuals must not attend any Swing Buffalo sponsored events if they have tested positive for COVID -19 in the past 10 days or are awaiting test results for COVID-19.
Individuals must follow CDC guidelines (wear a well-fitting mask) when attending Swing Buffalo sponsored events if they are considered a close contact of someone who has a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19 within the past 10 days.
Individuals agree to contact Swing Buffalo if they develop symptoms of COVID-19 within 2 days after attending a Swing Buffalo event, in order for Swing Buffalo to notify other attendees who may be considered close contacts. Names will not be disclosed without express permission, but classes the individual attended and whether the person was a leader or follower may be disclosed.
All attendees must show proof of up-to-date COVID-19 vaccination prior to entry, including a booster when eligible per the CDC guidelines. Attendees who are eligible for a booster but have not received one, or cannot provide proof of the booster, will be allowed one-time entry, and will be denied entrance at subsequent events without proof of having received the COVID-19 booster. All individuals in this category must wear a mask at all times, except for brief periods for sips of water.
Policies regarding masks/facial coverings are determined by Swing Buffalo and may be more restrictive than CDC, state and/local health department guidelines. Mask policies are subject to change without advance notice.
